It allows those not yet confident the opportunity to gain some experience on the gym floor and learn some of the basics that will give them more confidence to join in some of the group training classes. In addition to this Nutrition is a big part of what you go through in this one to one process thus allowing for better knowledge of how to maintain a health and balanced diet and ultimately leading to the results you want.
